This privacy policy (“Policy”) outlines how Infodeck.io collects, maintains, stores and discloses an individual’s personal information (“Personal Data”). This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use for all products, software and services provided by Infodeck.io through our website  https://www.infodeck.io/ (“Website”) and platform (“Platform”).
For the purposes of this the Policy, please note that:
a) “Infodeck.io” refers to Infodeck Technology Pte Ltd and its related corporations.

b) “We/ Company / Our / Ours / Us” refers to Infodeck.io and its respective officers, servants or agents whether situated in or outside of Singapore.

c) “User(s)”, “you”, “your” shall mean and include individuals, business organisations, commercial establishments, and their permitted users who use the Platform or may opt to share Personal Data to that avail the Services through the Platform.

d) “Services” refers to the Infodeck.io as a IoT platform (IoT sensor data), which leverage real-time IoT data to monitor equipment performance, manage assets (track names, vendors, purchases, and service logs) with precision, and streamline work orders (request, assign, and collaborate seamlessly). Make data-driven decisions, optimise efficiency, and unlock insights from every corner of your facilities. Infodeck.io empowers you to do it all. services you have applied for or are using , software, support provided by our Platform. 

e) “UK Data Protection Law” means the UK GDPR, the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and any regulation superseding any of the foregoing.

IF YOU ARE ACCESSING THE WEBSITE AND/OR PLATFORM ON BEHALF OF A THIRD PARTY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH THIRD-PARTY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND, IN SUCH AN EVENT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR PLATFORM SHALL REFER TO USE BY SUCH THIRD PARTY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AN AUTHORITY (TO PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL DATA OF A THIRD PARTY) OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THEN YOU SHOULD REFRAIN FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND/OR PLATFORM.

1. Personal Data Collected 
For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Data” shall mean all information that can be used to personally identify a person, including but not limited to individual’s name, their contact details, job titles, emails, employment information, applications at the workplace, NRIC, passport or other identification number and other information obtained or received by us in connection with the Services provided on our Platform or usage through our Website.We may collect your Personal Data through the Platform and/or Website in the following instances:

i. Personal Data collected when you contact us:
When you contact us through our Platform and/or Website or write to us on our email address, we may collect your Personal Data, including name, contact number, email address and any other information that you provide us.

ii. Personal Data collected for recruitment purposes:
We may collect Personal Data from Applicants when they apply for a job at our Company through the careers page on our website. 

iii. Personal Data collected for providing Services:
We may collect Personal Data to provide Services through our Platform and during any troubleshooting and maintenance activity. 

2. Use of your Personal Data 
We may collect, use and disclose yours, your employees, contractors and authorised representatives Personal Data on our:
(a) Website to establish your identity and background;

(b) Platform to processing an application for any products or services offered or distributed by us (including but not limited to third party products);

(c) Platform for providing products and services requested by you or individuals associated with your organisation.

(d) Platform for any insurance claim or proposal that requires disclosure of your personal information.

(e) Platform to handle complaints or feedback and improve our services.

(f) Platform to process payments you make for our Services.(g) Platform where you hold a product or service which is jointly offered by us through our Platform and a co-brand partner.

(h) Platform for facilitating proposed or actual assignment, transfer, participation or sub-participation in an of our rights or obligations in respect of your relationship with us.

(i) Website traffic is monitored using Google Analytics applicable laws or court orders.

(j) Platform and/or Website for marketing and business development (including but not limited to sending automated emails.

3. Disclosure of your Personal Data  
We do not sell, rent, share, distribute, lease or otherwise provide your Personal Data to third parties, without your prior consent. Keeping this in mind, we may disclose your Personal Data.
(a) Legal and Regulatory authorities to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities.

4. Security 
We store Personal Data in secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records and take reasonable steps in the circumstances to protect the Personal Data we hold from misuse, interference and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may need to maintain records for a significant period of time. However, when we consider information is no longer needed, we will delete all details that identify the individual and/or destroy all records of such Personal Data.

Infodeck.io takes breaches of privacy very seriously. Our employees and contractors are trained to handle the personal data securely with utmost respect and confidentiality, failing which they may be subject to disciplinary action. Employees and contractors of Infodeck.io located outside Singapore are contractually obligated to keep secure any personal data they may handle.

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access Personal Data on our Website and/or Platform and have a right to rectify or modify any such Personal Data, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Data, right to restrict us from processing such Personal Data, right to object to our use of Personal Data, withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process Personal Data. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Data request form or seek certain details to verify the request. All requests for Personal Data will be handled within a reasonable period of time. If you would like to exercise ANY of these rights, please contact security@infodeck.io.

We will respond to any such request within 30 days of receiving a duly completed written request and provide the relevant individual with access to their Personal Data. If we cannot comply with the request within this timeframe, we will respond and advise when we can. Please anticipate that it may take some time to process the application as there may be a need to retrieve information from storage and review it. There may also be a small but reasonable fee for the access request. Please discuss this with our Data Protection Officer.

A Data Protection Officer has been appointed to ensure that Personal Data is managed in accordance with this Policy, with the Personal Data Protection Act and other similar legislation in the countries in which we operate.

6. Choice and Opt-Out
We may send you communications including but not limited to (a) notices about your use of our Website and/or Platform and services provided on our Platform, including those concerning violations of use, (b) updates, (c) promotional information regarding our services, and (d) newsletters. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Alternatively, you can opt out, at any time, by emailing security@infodeck.io with your specific request. 

7. Accuracy of Personal Data
We take reasonable steps to ensure that all Personal Data is up-to-date and accurate and recognise that contact details and other data may change frequently. Please keep us advised of any changes in information.

If an individual associated with your organisation wishes to delete, correct and modify their Personal Data held with us, please contact our Data Protection Officer. Infodeck.io may retain certain information about individuals where required to do so by law.

8. Consent
By disclosing or providing to us Personal Data relating to individuals associated with your organisation (such as employees), you represent and warrant that:
(a) the consent of those individual(s) has been obtained for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data for the purposes listed above;
(b) you agree with this Policy; and
(c) you have obtained the clear and unambiguous consent from such individuals that they may be contacted by us or our affiliates on their telephone numbers in relation to marketing or other purposes, notwithstanding any listing on the Do Not Call Registry.

If an individual to which this Policy applies withdraws their consent, you agree to inform us in writing immediately. As a result of such withdrawal, Infodeck.io may not be in a position to continue to provide our products or services to you. The withdrawal may be considered a termination by you of any contractual relationship which you may have with us and a breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings, and our legal rights and remedies in such an event are expressly reserved.

9. Data Retention
We will retain User’s Personal Data as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of provision of the Services on our Platform. We may retain and use User’s Personal Data stored on our Platform and/or Website, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We only store your personal information for as long as necessary and we take measures to render the information irrecoverable once deleted.

10. Website cookies
We use cookies and/or similar in-house and third-party tracking tools to track user traffic patterns. Tracking tools also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our website. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings.

11. Information for EU and UK Visitors
Residents of the European Union (“EU”) and United Kingdom (“UK”) should note that this Privacy Policy has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and the UK GDPR, the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and any regulation superseding any of the foregoing (“UK Privacy Laws”). As per the provisions of the GDPR and UK Privacy Laws we shall be considered the Controllers of the Personal Data collected as a result of your use / access of the Website and Processors of the Personal Data collected as a result of your use / access of the Services.For individuals accessing our Website and located within the EU who are choosing to use any of our non-EU specific products, by using our Services on our Website and disclosing Personal Data, you need to be aware that your Personal Data will not be stored within the EEA or any country with the same standard of protection as a country within the EEA. Your data will primarily be transferred to Singapore and may also be transferred to Japan or Australia. You should be aware of the risks of cross border data transfer due to the absence of an adequate level of data protection in these countries located outside the EEA. Your Personal Data will be handled by the employees and contractors of Infodeck.io and its related entities in these countries. You may revoke your consent to this at any time, in which case you must inform us of this consent revocation immediately. Your data will be deleted, and you will then no longer have access to our services.  

Legal Basis (for EU residents and UK residents):
We will not process your Personal Data without a lawful basis to do so. We will process your Personal Data only on the legal bases of consent, contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interests, provided that such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights and interests.

Transfer of your personal Data across borders (for EU Residents):
The Personal Data we collect (of EU and UK residents) is stored on servers located in the EU region. Personal Data might       be processed outside the EU and UK. Your Rights (For EU and UK Residents):
You have the right to request us: 
a. to let you know what Personal Data belonging to you, 
b. we hold in our possession,
c. withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data,
d. right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Data,
e. right to have us erase/delete your Personal Data,
f. right to restrict us from processing such Personal Data,
g. right to object to our use of your Personal Data,
 h. you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 

UK residents have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity or also contact you for further information in relation to your request. 12. Governing Laws
For any EU and UK residents, this Privacy Policy shall be governed respectively by the provisions of the GDPR and UK Privacy Laws.

13. Links to other Websites
Our Platform and/or Website may contain links to other websites/platforms/applications which may utilise third-party applications and services. Please note that we do not have any control over such other websites/platforms/applications, and you will be accessing these websites/ platforms/applications at your own risk. Although we built and maintain the overall platform, these elements require user connection using provided tokens to access resources from external providers. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites/platforms/applications and those are not governed by this Privacy Notice. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy/ notice applicable to such websites/platforms/applications.

14. Children’s Privacy 
We do not collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16 years without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. If the legal representative of the child discovers that the child has provided us with Personal Information, we request the legal representative of the child to contact us security@infodeck.io  to have the Personal Data deleted from our website and/or Platform.

16. Changes to this policy
Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, which we may update from time to time. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will make it available through the Website and Platform and indicate the date of the latest revision. If such modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change via email or through our Website or Platform.
