Late or missing proof is a named exception.
Resolved on the record, not by erasing it.
Late arrival, missing GPS, and missing photo are captured as exceptions with severity, notes, actor, and timestamp.
Supervisors resolve the exception on the same record; the original check-in stays intact.

The person, the site, and the time reconstruct presence.
To answer who was on site during an incident, filter by person, site, and time.
Work-order time can reference the attendance check-in that prompted it. Site presence stays here; work-order time entries live on workforce.
05 · Live location is opt-in
If a site turns it on, the latest ping shows.
If a site does not, nothing is tracked.
Live location is off unless a site policy enables it. When on, the app sends the latest coordinate and accuracy at the site interval.
No always-on tracking and no pings outside the clock-in window.
