Capture the request and context.
Teams can collect the issue, location, asset, priority, photos, and requester details before work starts.
Their traditional BMS couldn't detect water leaks. This premium Hong Kong tower needed a solution that integrates with existing systems, not replaces them. Now 70 floors of real-time leak monitoring feeds directly into their central monitoring room.
Operating record
Infodeck keeps the request, assignment, status, evidence, and reporting connected from first report to close-out.

This 70-storey commercial tower in Hong Kong, standing 315 metres tall with two masts reaching 369 metres, houses Grade A offices, restaurants, retail, and mechanical floors. With hundreds of tenants and millions of square feet, water damage risk is a constant concern.
for commercial properties worldwide
With water pipes, HVAC systems, and drainage on every floor, the facilities team faced impossible odds detecting leaks before damage occurred.
We deployed 6 types of water-related sensors connected to Smart Workflows that automatically create work orders when issues are detected.
Wireless leak sensors installed at critical points across all 70 floors: under sinks, near water mains, HVAC drain pans, and roof areas.
Smart meters tracking water consumption by floor and zone, detecting abnormal flow patterns that indicate hidden leaks before visible damage.
Monitor water pipe temperatures to detect freezing risks and condensation buildup that can lead to pipe bursts and water damage.
Track ambient humidity in mechanical rooms, ceiling voids, and basement areas to catch moisture accumulation before mold develops.
Track the status of critical water shut-off valves throughout the building, ensuring they can be remotely controlled during emergencies.
Monitor basement sump pumps for proper operation, water levels, and pump cycling patterns to prevent flooding during storms.
The Infodeck dashboard provides a floor-by-floor view of all 70 floors, showing sensor status, alert history, and active work orders, all in one place.
RH 72% in mechanical room. Work order WO-8847 created.
WO-8841 Resolved
Floor 23 valve replaced
Every sensor connects to Smart Workflows that automatically create work orders, close valves, and alert the right people, in seconds, not hours.
Leak sensor detects moisture on Floor 45
Instant push notification to building manager, auto-create P1 work order, close nearest zone valve, dispatch security for visual inspection
Water flow 200% above baseline for 15 minutes
Alert facilities team, cross-reference with leak sensors, create investigation work order, notify affected tenants if needed
Humidity > 75% in mechanical room
Activate dehumidifiers, create inspection work order, check HVAC condensate drains, log for trending analysis
Sump pump running > 30 minutes continuously
Emergency alert to on-call engineer, dispatch plumber, prepare backup pump, create incident report
18 months of operation, zero major water incidents
“We have 400+ leak sensors across all 70 floors now. The moment one detects moisture, we get an alert and a work order pops up automatically. We've caught leaks before any damage happens. It's completely changed how we protect this building.”
