Infodeck starts from a clearer SaaS scope. Planon implementation timing, consulting needs, and IT involvement should be confirmed with the vendor during evaluation.

Infodeck provides dedicated support with implementation assistance, training, and ongoing multilingual support. Planon has global offices but their focus is on large enterprise IWMS deployments.

For schools, universities, and education facilities, Infodeck focuses on public request intake, multilingual support, work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, and IoT workflow context. Planon's IWMS capabilities, such as real estate portfolio and space planning, are a different fit.
